| Our scheduling is designed to permit the proper amount of time needed to complete your Spa services. Please help us by being on time, or early, so that your service will not have to be shortened.
It is recommended that Spa services be scheduled several weeks in advance. For maximum availability, we recommend that you schedule your next service prior to leaving the Spa.
All cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to your scheduled Spa service. Cancellations or rescheduling of an appointment less than 48 hours before your service will result in a 100% cancellation fee of the total service. Please understand that our staff works on a commission basis.
Gratuity is not included in any service price.
